As of July 14, 2020, if you are a Worker, Student, Visitor or Temporary Resident  and your status expired after January 30, 2020, you can now apply to restore your status until December 31, 2020, instead of the 90 days given before. Even if you already received a refusal letter and you are now in the restoration period or your 90 days have passed, you can still restore your status. Most importantly, you may initiate work while waiting for the decision on your restoration application.

​We will make sure to submit a complete application on your behalf. If you prepared your application but are having doubts it is complete, we will check the application to make sure you have completed the form correctly, gathered the correct supporting documents and pay the exact fees. Avoid having your application cancelled or refused.
