Job Description
Resale or repair major home appliances: washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and fridges in the shop or at the customer’s home
Sell refurbished appliances and new parts
- Responsible for a section/workstation (shop) or van (road)
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service
- Provide accurate and consistent diagnoses and repairs
- Quote customers and complete invoices
- Help new technicians with diagnostics and proper documentation
Work schedule
Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00 / Tues-Sat 8:30-17:00 / Sat 9:00-16:30
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Intermediate / advanced English level (Reading and Writing Necessary)
- Driver’s license
- Lifting and moving heavy appliances and objects
- Working with tools and equipment for appliance repair
